The answer is 'go through cell division' or 'go through mitosis'

Myoblast fusion is an important cellular process to shape the formation and repair of muscle. Once its done, the muscle fiber won't be  able to divide anymore.

This fusion only happens in some cells. The majority continues to be
mononucleate.
