Los Angeles City launched an investigation into a drug company after CNN uncovered i’s aggressive targeting of nursing home residents.
Attorney Mike Feuer launched an investigation against Avanir Pharmaceuticals, after it became a subject of a CNN report. According to the report, the California-based drug maker is aggressively targeting nursing home residents with unnecessary or unsafe drug Nuedexta.
