The book of has an important role in creating moral and behavioral standards. It clearly reflects the awe ancient Chinese held for the heaven which they believed. The people especially the studying early Zhou dynasty value it, because it acknowledges Heaven's law as the ultimate law, as a standard to guide with virtue, and as the highest standard values and moral beliefs in Zhou Dynasty. It demonstrates the faith of people in Zhou Dynasty.
