Depending on the quantity of dissolved surcose, surcose in water has a boiling point that ranges between 100 to 130 degree celcius.
It is essential to note that surcose does not boil, however it caramelizes when most of the water evaporates.

Based on this, the answer is "greater than"  since you'll have to heat above 100 for water to start evaporating.
