0.5-0.7 grams of protein per pound of body weight are needed in order average man to build muscle. 
So, having a goal of eating 60 grams of protein daily may mean different for different person, depending on its weight, but also age. 
In a case of average man eating 60 grams can mean that:
- the person is male
- the person wants to build muscle or the person wants to gain weight
