In Minnesota, the PWC rules decal must be posted on the
watercraft in view of the operator.
To add, a personal watercraft (commonly known as a PWC) describes
an aquascooter, jet bike, jet ski, wave runner, ski free, motorised surfboard
and any similar vessel that has an engine used for propulsion. They are also
known as 'powerskis'.
