If you are talking about how they are planted then, all you have to do is use pieces of a potato. If you're talking about the process of it being made, then I'll tell you. First, the potato is planted and you'd have to wait approximately 10 weeks before you can harvest them. If you want to know when to plant potatoes then, you can plant them in spring.
