Can someone explain how b1/4 x b1/2 ended up as b3/4. I can't understand how they got to that point and all of my other answers have been wrong because I don't know how to properly solve it.

Can someone explain how b14 x b12 ended up as b34 I cant understand how they got to that point and all of my other answers have been wrong because I dont know h class=

Respuesta :

B^1/4*b^1/2 is b^3/4 because when you multiply exponents with the same base you add the exponent

A^2*a^2=a^4 because a*a*a*a=a^4
