Let's take a look at ohms law

[tex]\\ \rm\Rrightarrow \dfrac{V}{I}=R[/tex]

  • I is current

[tex]\\ \rm\Rrightarrow I\propto \dfrac{1}{R}[/tex]

  • So if one resistor is taken out resistance becomes less so flow of current becomes more
