x=2, y=4. Easiest way to solve this problem is to have the y's cancel out. Multiply the first equation by -2 and the bottom by 3. You'd want to do one as a negative number since both are already negative; making one positive makes everything easier.
Here you should find x = 2.
Then plug it back into one of the equations to solve for y.
y = 4. Check you work by plugging it back in.
