I will answer with my opinion, so hear me out.
The constitution should not be easier to amend. The constitution was purposely made to be difficult to amend because they did not want there to be many changes to it. If the constitution required fewer people from the House of Representatives and fewer State Legislatives to vote on passing amendments, the USA would simply be a mess.
