Do geosphere and Hydrosphere heat at different rates

The geosphere is all of the rocks and "hard parts" of the Earth. The hydrosphere is all of Earth's bodies of water. They do heat at different rates since they have their own unique properties which would affect heating. Hope this answers the question.
