Can someone please help me with this ? What is the change in elevation from 134 feet below sea level to 29 feet above sea level? possible choice are ; , -163 , 163 , -105 ,or 105 ,

If you move from -134 feet to + 29 feet you have actually moved a distance of 134+29 feet = 163 feet. 
In this case all the signs tell you are your position relative to sea level.
