Answer:

Most of the Ottoman Empire is desert, and there are a few rivers. But, the few rivers they used for agriculture really affected their cultivation of grains; such as wheat, barley, and rye. Then, I traveled to Western Anatolia and also saw great cultivation and fields of grains in the Aydin Rivers
