How should juveniles who commit serious crimes
be treated in the criminal justice system? When, if
ever, should they be punished as adults if they
have committed "adult” crimes?
Answer: It depends on the crime really if it is like shoplifting or robbery than yea charged as a Juvenile but if it is robbery and you kill someone or manslaughter or murder than he/she is probably going to be charged as an adult. Hope this helps
