Photosynthesis is a process in which water is absorbed by the plant from the soil and carbondioxide enters through a tiny opening called stomata. When both water and carbondioxide react with each other in the presence of sunlight producing oxygen and glucose. Oxygen is released in the atmosphere through stomata while glucose is stored in different parts of plant body.
