Why are Brutus and Cassius arguing and act fou arguing in act 4?

Brutus and Cassius are arguing because Brutus condemned Lucius for taking bribes from the Sardians. Cassius said that he shouldn't be punished. Brutus then thinks that Cassius is dishonorable for trying to let Lucius get away with bribery.
