Solve the equation -2+7|4x-2|=68

Add 2 to each side, then divide by 7.
|4x-2|= 10. Sometimes the answer is positive, so 4x-2=10. But sometimes the answer is negative so 4x-2=-10. Add two to both equations and divide by 4 to get x= -2 and 3
