Kinetic Energy = 1/2 * mass * velocity^2

Mass = 0.1 kg

Velocity = 20 m/s

Kinetic energy = 1/2 * 0.1 * 20^2

Kinetic energy = 1/2 * 0.1 * 400

Kinetic energy = 20 J
