2 bar represents absolute value which is positive value of passed number.

so |-6| will give positive of 6 that it 6.

so after taking absolute value now you have a nagetive sign in front of value we obtained. so your number now become negative.

so

- (|-11| )= -(11) = -11

so answer is option C
