i believe it would have to be B everyone if it saying todo el mundo it would be meaning everyone in a room. I come from a Spanish and to tell everyone to be quiet in a room or in a party they say todo el mundo silencio which means everyone silence.  
B would be the correct answer I’m pretty sure
