Distribute

2-3z+15+11=4

Move the constants to gether but make sure they keep thei signs

2+15+11-3z=4

Simplify

28-3z=4

Start to Isolate the variable by subtracting 28 from both sides of the equation

-3z=-24

Completely isolate the variable by deviding the whole equation by -3

z=8
