I can't give you a speech, but I did a paper on El Niño. Some I dead can be how and where it affects the Pacific, or even the Atlantic (Pacific is better). Also, you can write about how it got named El Niño. Add in if it makes the pacific (or Atlantic) colder or warmer and how.
