The answer is 3.75

6+9= 15

15/4=3.75

from this info, we can set up the equation
[tex]4c - 6 = 9[/tex]

from here, we want to get c alone
so..
[tex]4c = 15[/tex]
[tex]c = \frac{15}{4} [/tex]
[tex]c = 3.75[/tex]
