Law of cosines:

a^2 = b^2 + c^2 -2 *b*c*coa(a)

a^2 = 60.5^2 + 257^2 - 2*60.5*257*cos(31)

a^2 = 3660.25 + 66049 - 2 *60.5 * 257 * 0.857167

a^2 = 3660.25 + 66049 - 26655.33

a^2 = 43053.92

a = SQRT(43053.92)

a = 207.49 = 207.5 feet.

The answer is A.
