(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2

h = -2
k = -2
r = 6

(x - (-2))^2 + (y - (-2))^2 = 6^2

(x + 2)^2 + (y + 2)^2 = 6^2

(x + 2)^2 + (y + 2)^2 = 36. your answer
