We could write the 5/4 various ways but I think the reduced improper fraction is simplest.

$4 = 5 chicken wings


$1 = 5 ÷ 4 = 5/4 or 1.25 chicken wing


5/4 = 1 1/4


Answer: 1 1/4 chicken wing per dollar
